# Foundation Investments & Future Strategy
**Future Diversification**
New Leaf is currently assessing the best available market entry/creation into:
* Development of EU-GMP certified product Development Hub (pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, natural medicines) for international distribution to high-margin markets;
* Development of industrial scale Hemp cultivation to underpin World class carbon credit scheme, including high value offtake industries;
* Discreet and specialist DeFi industry finance for selected Cannabis and Hemp industry projects.
Strategic Platform (Existing)
* Primary Production - 365 day/year supply of GMP certified production/cultivation from the World’s lowest cost environment. Licensed, built and ready to supply low cost/high quality production and ingredients for strategic development;
* Secondary Processing - Control of proprietary technology solution providing key production infrastructure in the fastest growing recreational market share across all geographies. Able for DePIN across all recreational markets. Unique Canadian and US retail investment offering.
* **Investors immediately share in US$25M ‘locked enterprise value’ foundation assets already in acquisition.**
Capital Reinvestment and Returns
These existing assets will return significant multiples of their original investment within the first six to twelve months of deployment. All new Investments will be reviewed critically against the following key criteria.
Contribution to FUM value (i.e. NLF token value) to enable raising additional capital at higher prices; and
Potential for revenue generation enabling:
* Re-investment of some returns, avoiding dilution of further capital raising; and
* Consistent and significant return of revenue to NLF token holders by way of income produced from RWA’s represented by tokens.
