# Introducing JADE
In the cannabis industry, customer engagement is crucial for brand loyalty, personalized experiences, and repeat sales. With the right AI-driven tools, New Leaf (and our operational assets and partners) can use our AI agents and AI infrastructure to effectively engage with customers, enhance their experience, and even create new revenue streams.
