**COMMITMENT TO QUALITY**
New Leaf has responded to this trend by creating an innovative, fully-automated production line for pre-rolled cigarettes. This line leverages advanced tobacco technology to infuse cannabis, ensuring a uniform product that disrupts the market with its cost-efficiency, resembling the traditional cigarette.
Tailor-made for the cannabis industry, the line boasts the capability to produce up to 6,500 ten-packs of pre-rolls every hour, managed by just three operators within approximately 400 square meters of space.
The manufacturing process includes initial processing, the creation of the cigarettes, and their packaging. Enhancements like child-resistant sleeves, tax stamps, and individual wrappers are available.
**PRIMARY PROCESSING**
In our proprietary reconstitution process, hemp or cannabis biomass is blended with additional cannabinoids and flavors according to custom recipes.
The resulting Cut Rag style material is 100% consistent, reproducible in flavor and potency and allows for further downstream processing of the product on high-speed tobacco technology.
Our patented machine line is engineered for cannabis batch manufacturing and continuously produces 5kg / hour of reconstituted cannabis/hemp Cut Rag.
**HIGH SPEED CONTINUOUS ROD CANNABIS CIGARETTE PRODUCTION**
Using the reconstituted cannabis/ hemp material, our modified cigarette produces up to 2,700 cannabis cigarettes per minute.
The system can use different types of filters and papers for customization and can be operated by a single skilled technician.
**AUTOMATED PACKAGING**
In the final step, our custom design packaging line packs ten sticks into a hinge lid package. Optionally and depended on the jurisdictional requirements, the pack can be inserted into our patent pending child resistant sleeve and have automated excise tax stamp application and cellophane wrapping for freshness conservation included.
