NLF's pre-roll enterprise expansion

Expansion of New Leaf’s pre-roll enterprise (division) may take several forms and present a handful of ‘development profiles’ comprising all or some of the following:

• Asset-level stakeholders (via token and DAOs):

  • in a single and multiple (grouped) NLF Production Lines, installed and commissioned in a selected producer/s for lease/royalty on a per stick basis (DePIN).

• Joint Venture and/or equity stakes (token):

  • in strategic ‘contract manufacture’ and operational enterprises (which also offers in-country installation & operational management).

• Joint Venture in separate US State jurisdictions (DePIN and Licensing):

  • simple, transparent and compliant.

• Joint venture rolled out over multiple NLF Production Line ‘placements’:

  • Global partnerships and licensing

  • DAOs

  • DePIN token

• Coordinated/shared branding a product range:

  • AI and DePIN management – NLF technologies

  • DAO new IP (Brand and Cannabis strain)

  • Contract manufacturing
