8.4 Revenue Sharing

As a critical element of the New Leaf Fund strategy from its inception, significant calculated proportions of the returns generated from investments will be regularly returned to token holders via either Fiat or stablecoin payments or via token reclamation and burning (Buy-backs).

This will be optional in the instance of reclamation and burning and all Fiat or stablecoin returns will be made pro-rata to all current token wallets at that time.

The percentage of returns allocated to token holders will be regularly reviewed and calculated by the Founders with a view to:

• Ongoing investment requirements;

• Treasury and Fund management strategy (see 8.3 above); and

• Market demand.
