1.4 Investment Thesis

Our core Investment Thesis is very simple:

• The democratic access to the benefits and privileges of successful Cannabis products;

• Investments will be both strategic and ‘productive’;

• Direct investment in RWA’s and DePIN facilities, both recreational and medicinal;

• Currently profitable or immanent cash-flow;

• Astute, capable and experienced management.

New Leaf Finance is a ‘facilitation’ Fund, not a ‘capital investment’ or ’technology’ Fund. Our capital is used to directly support RWA’s and establishing DePINs. The Fund will provide investors with a direct participation in their commercial output.

As our investments generate returns our NLF tokens will accrue a portion of those returns directly to token holders. A further portion will be strategically reinvested. Each of these outcomes further leverages the Fund’s, and token holders’, real value.
