Benefits for both NLF and JADE token holders:

• JADE AI assists in driving new and additional revenue streams to NLF ecosystem;

• JADE will monetize various consumer facing interactions and user engagements within the NLF ecosystem, as well as unlock future revenue streams and IP value within the broader global cannabis market (including data, analytics);

• Relevant profit share from both NLF and JADE can be directed back to the respective stakeholders.

Bilateral Value Accrual for JADE and NLF Tokens:

As JADE generates increasing amounts of revenue within the NLF ecosystem both the NLF and JADE market cap may grow. NLF will use portions of its net profit to reduce both NLF and JADE token supply through a 'Buy-back-and-Burn' mechanism creating scarcity of both tokens. Further, additional revenues from consumer interactions with JADE can be used to 'Buy-back' JADE tokens from the open market, and also 'burned' to reduce supply.
