COMMERCIAL SCALE-UP & MARKET ENTRY
• Launch full automated line in 400sqm production space • Expand production capacity to 6,500 packs/hour (65,000 pre-rolls/hour) • Implement automated packaging line • Recruit and onboard additional operations and maintenance staff • Engage provincial distributors and LP partners • First commercial shipment to licensed retailers and brands
